Your Responsibilities
- Source and analyze long only funds/managers as well as hedge funds within a multi-asset class framework
- Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative due diligence work. You apply a thorough bottom-up fundamental research approach, prepare reports and provide regular analysis and comparisons
- Prepare documents and portfolio overviews for investment committee meetings
- Perform cash management, trade placements and reconciliation for our fund range as part of your assignment
- Implement improvements within our processes by automating tasks, building investment, trading and reporting tools
- Provide regular screenings and comparisons that includes all inherent data management tasks as well as regular reporting tasks
- Interact actively with fund providers, outsourcing partners and other contact groups
- Provide support across a broad range of tasks related to our fund range and operations, including participation in dedicated initiatives and project-related work

- Preparation of due diligence documentation and client reports
- Preparation of fund analyses and client statements
- Monitoring of NAV calculations, subscriptions/redemptions and liquidity
- Coordination with fund management, depositary banks and administrators
- Data and process management in cooperation with IT and external partners
- Project planning and coordination of internal and external stakeholders
- Maintenance of marketing and distribution materials
- Operational support of the portfolio management team
